Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hospitalized patients aged >=85 years with a diagnosis of atrial fibrillation using NOAC included: 1. Patients with long-term use in the past; 2. Patients who were newly medicated during the next hospitalization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Missing data in medical records.
