Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for consciousness disorders: diagnostic criteria for coma: neither sleep-wake cycle, nor unconscious content, closed eyes, no voluntary behavioral response. Diagnostic criteria for vegetative state (A report of a working party of the Royal College of Physiclans, 2003): ability to awaken, existence of sleep-wake cycle, lack of functional thinking activities, such as ignorance of oneself and surroundings, cannot communicate with others, has no inclination intention, but has stable spontaneous breathing and circulatory function. Minimum diagnostic criteria for disturbance of consciousness, with one or more of the following conditions: (1) Simple command behavior; (2) ''Yes/no'' gestures or verbal responses, whether correct or incorrect; (3) Understanding language expressions; (4) Occasional movements or effective actions in response to relevant environmental stimuli, rather than reflexive activities; 2. No mental or psychological history; 3. No history of epilepsy; 4. No history of cognitive impairment; 5. Right handed; 6. No history of alcoholism; 7. No history of serious liver or kidney disease; 8. No history of serious infectious diseases; 9. After the cleaning period of sedative and analgesic drugs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable spontaneous respiratory function; 2. Hemodynamic instability; 3. Malignant intracranial hypertension; 4. Severe or malignant arrhythmias; 5. Author of previous epilepsy; 6. The head movement in the scanning process is greater than 5mm; 7. The body contains metal implants; 8. One third of patients with cerebral cortex damage; 9. The family does not agree to the examination.
