Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 80 years; 2. Persistent atrial fibrillation: continuous attack >7 days, unable to spontaneously cardioversion or cardioversion under intervention measures (drug cardioversion or electric cardioversion); 3. Patients who are willing to accept this study program in our center; 4. Those who signed the informed consent for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of left atrial catheter ablation; 2. Atrial fibrillation caused by reversible pathologic factors such as hyperthyroidism, drug or alcohol poisoning; 3. The patient had left atrial thrombosis or other absolute contraindications for catheter ablation; 4. Left ventricular insufficiency (LVEF=60mm; 6. Patients with severe liver diseases, renal insufficiency (eGFR<30mL/min), malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, end-stage heart failure, and life expectancy within 1 year; 7. Patients who are participating in other studies.
