Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria, aged 35-85 years, sign informed consent. 2. Subjects in the coronary heart disease group met the above diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease, among which the coronary heart disease blood-stasis syndrome group should meet the ''International Diagnostic Guidelines for Syndrome of Blood Stasis'' and ''International Diagnostic Standards for Syndrome of Coronary Heart Disease Blood-stasis'', while the coronary heart disease non-blood-stasis syndrome group did not meet the ''International Diagnostic Guidelines for Syndrome of Blood stasis'' and ''International Diagnostic Standards for Syndrome of Coronary Heart Disease Blood-stasis''. The non-coronary blood stasis syndrome group was in line with the International Diagnostic Guidelines for Blood stasis Syndrome, but cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were excluded through medical history investigation, blood routine, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram and other examinations. In the non-coronary artery disease and non-blood stasis syndrome group, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, endocrine diseases, mental diseases and other major diseases were excluded through medical history investigation, blood routine, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram and other examinations.
