50 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 50 years; 2. ASA classification I-III; 3. Plan to perform heart surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative brief mental state examination (MMSE) score was lower than 24 points; 2. Patients with mental illness or central nervous system disease; 3. Patient compliance is low, unable to read, hearing loss, etc.; Cerebrovascular events within 6 months; 4. Recent history of major surgery; 5. Suffering from infectious diseases; 6. Patients who could not or refused to complete MMSE before surgery.
