Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years, ASA ?~?, signed informed consent and approved by the Ethics Committee; 2. Patients undergoing orthopedic surgery and peripheral invasive arteriovenous puncture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hematological diseases; 2. Patients with severe liver damage and coagulation disorder; 3. Patients with history of thrombosis, recent 1 month history of anticoagulant drugs or drugs that affect coagulation function; 4. Refuse to have blood drawn.
