Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Inclusion criteria for patients with knee osteoarthritis: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of KOA; (2) Aged 40-70 years; (3) Report knee pain for more than 3 months; (4) The pain score on the digital rating scale (NRS) was greater than 3 points; (5) Kellgren-Lawrence score: 2 or 3. 2. Inclusion criteria of healthy volunteers: (1) Aged 40-70 years; (2) No history of chronic pain.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients with knee osteoarthritis: 1. Those who have received any other treatment within the last 1 month; 2. Pregnant or lactating patients; 3. Suffering from mental, neurological, infectious, gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, immunological, respiratory or renal diseases; 4. Have cancer, tuberculosis, rheumatism or rheumatoid arthritis, gout, joint trauma, or any other chronic pain symptoms, or have a history of brain trauma with loss of consciousness; 5. Patients with MRI contraindications such as atrexia phobia, cardiac pacemaker, defibrillator, heart stent and intrauterine device.
