18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Fresh closed fractures requiring surgical treatment; 2. Pelvic fractures of type B and type C in Tile classification; 3. Aged >=18 years; 4. Have complete follow-up data, and cooperate with the doctor's advice for functional exercise during the follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of lower limb surgery and arthritis; 2. Suffering from serious underlying diseases; 3. Aged > 80 years; 4. Severe bone thinning; 5. Combined with nerve injury of the affected side; 6. Open fracture with rectum or vaginal tear.
