Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 20-80 years, with ASA grade I-?, were selected for subcostal incision surgery due to hepatobiliary diseases. 2. Tumors 50% in patients with cirrhosis, but > 35% in patients without cirrhosis. 3. Child A or B.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with major organ insufficiency. 2. Patients with severe sinus delay or degree II type II block. 3. Patients with mental and psychological problems and language barriers. 4. Patients with chronic pain and long-term use of various painkillers. 5. History of abdominal surgery or trauma, abnormal liver tumor or bleeding history, emergency surgery, intraoperative blood transfusion, operation time >5 hours or operation time 26kg/m^2, currently taking birth control pills, pregnant. 7. Contraindications of peripheral nerve block, such as allergy to local anesthetics, local or systemic infection, and coagulation disease. 8. Incomplete intraoperative hemostasis requires gauze packing for hemostasis and postoperative surgical complications such as bleeding, biliary fistula or surgical intervention.
