Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=45 years; 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria revised at the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1995 and are diagnosed by craniocerebral CT and MRI examination; 3. Unilateral, first-time patients or patients with past seizures but no residual neurological dysfunction; 4. Clear consciousness, stable vital signs and stable condition; 5. Be able to understand the instructions of the therapist or instrument and complete the required actions; 6. Simple three-level balance assessment method of sitting position 2 and above.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Thrombolysis and intracerebral hemorrhage surgery; 2. New infarction or hemorrhage, severe cerebral edema or coma, etc.; 3. Previous motor dysfunction; 4. Neurological diseases other than stroke; 5. Functional decline or failure of vital organs; 6. Aphasia; 7. Concurrent malignant tumor.
