Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. Unilateral knee pain or swelling symptoms for at least 6 months, no obvious clinical symptoms on the opposite side; 3. Imaging evidence: Knee X-rays suggested stage II-III knee osteoarthritis (K-L score); 4. After regular conservative treatment is ineffective; 5. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with abnormal rheumatism and immune indexes; 2. Unstable or past injury caused by joint ligament injury; 3. Intra-articular viscoelastic agent supplement therapy (cartilage protectant or sodium hyaluronate injection) or intra-articular or systemic corticosteroids injection or oral painkillers within 3 days within 6 months; 4. No previous history of knee surgery; 5. Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, infection, immunosuppression, severe diabetes and other diseases; 6. Patients who lost follow-up or could not complete the treatment cycle.
