Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Health Status Grade I to III; 2. Patient aged >=20 years; 3. BMI 18 ~ 30kg/m^2; 4. Clinically diagnosed as lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar disc herniation, and lumbar spondylolisthesis, the first operation within 3 vertebral segments is to be performed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with severe respiratory and cardiovascular diseases; 2. Puncture site infection; 3. Abnormal coagulation function; 4. Drug allergy was involved in this study; 5. History of opioid abuse within the last 3 months; 6. Unable to understand VAS score, unable to use intravenous automatic electronic analgesic pump; 7. Patients who suffered massive bleeding, anaphylactic shock and other accidents during the operation and were rescued; 8. Refused to participate in this study.
