Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with CKD: (1) Those who met the diagnosis of chronic kidney disease: (any of the following indicators, duration of more than 3 months, can be diagnosed) albuminuria (UAER>=30mg/24h or UACR>=30mg/g); Abnormal sediment in urine; Renal tubule lesions; Histological abnormality; Radiographic findings showed structural abnormalities; History of kidney transplantation; eGFR < 60ml/min/1.73m^2; (2) Patients aged 18-70 years with informed consent and voluntary participation in the intervention program. 2. Volunteers: those who give informed consent and participate in intervention programs voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental illness prevents active cooperation and intervention. 2. The presence of oral disease or oral surgery within 6 months may affect the salt threshold test. 3. Get kidney replacement therapy.
