Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged from 16 to 85 years were enrolled in DOTS (directly observed treatment short course), and the duration of anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy was less than 1 week; 2. A fixed home address is available for follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of liver injury or suspected liver injury upon admission; 2. Suspected multidrug-resistant tuberculosis with extrapulmonary tuberculosis; 3. Patients with severe illness who are likely to die within weeks of the start of treatment; 4. HIV infection; 5. Patients with kidney disease, coronary heart disease, malignant tumor, mental illness or alcoholism; 6. Pregnant and lactating patients; 7. Recent (within one month) trauma, surgery.
