Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing abdominal operation under elective general anesthesia in Haikou People's Hospital; 2. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus (diagnostic criteria fasting blood glucose (FPG) >=7.0mmol/L, or OGTT 2hPG>=11.1mmol/L two hours after meal, or diabetes symptoms + random blood glucose >=11.1mmol/L; If any of the three blood glucose criteria are met, diabetes is considered. If there are no symptoms, and the blood glucose level meets the diagnostic criteria of diabetes only once, it needs to be checked again on another day for confirmation; 3. Aged >=60 years, no gender limit; 4. ASA grade I to III; 5. 18 kg/m^2 24; 7. Written informed consent signed by the person or legal representative; 8. Able to understand the research process and scale content, and able to communicate effectively with researchers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 2. Subjects with high blood risk, including subjects with congenital bleeding disorders (e.g., hemophilia), thrombocytopenia (platelet count less than 50x10^9/L), platelet dysfunction (e.g., idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, disseminated intravascular coagulation, congenital platelet dysfunction), or any clinically significant active bleeding; 3. Abnormal coagulation function (PT (prothrombin time) >ULN+3s and/or APTT (activated partial thrombin time) >ULN+10s); 4. History of mental illness; 5. Taking antiepileptic and antipsychotic medications; 6. Subjects with multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, dementia, encephalitis, demyelinating disease, motor neurone disease, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, traumatic brain injury and other diseases before surgery.
