Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of case group: (1) Children with JIA who were treated in Children's Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine and Jinhua Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2023 to June 2023 were selected as the case group; (2) Aged 3.0 to 16.0 years; (3) Diagnostic criteria refer to Recommendations for Diagnosis and Treatment of Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (polyjoint type). 2. Inclusion criteria of the normal control group: healthy children with gender and age matching who visited the Child health department of our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children unwilling to participate in this study; 2. History of antibiotic therapy within 4 weeks before enrollment; 3. BMI above the ''overweight'' standard; 4. Eating an unbalanced diet; 5. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease, asthma, allergic disease, primary immune deficiency and other diseases; 6. A long history of drug use.
