Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women of childbearing aged between 18 and 45 years. 2. Patients with blood hcg were examined in Yuyao People's Hospital within 12 weeks of pregnancy and had the intention to continue pregnancy this time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women with serious medical and surgical conditions (meet one of the following criteria) : 1. Severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure greater than 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure greater than 110 mmHg); 2. Severe diabetes mellitus (fasting blood glucose level greater than 11.1mmol/L); 3. History of malignant tumor; 4. Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (Grade III-IV cardiac function).
