Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for healthy subjects: a. Age: 18 years old or above; b. Diopter+3D~-6D c. Has voluntarily signed an informed consent form; d. No history of eye surgery POAG patient Criteria: a. Best corrected visual acuity =0.5, diopter +3D~-6D, astigmatism 21mmHg (measured by Goldmann applanation tonometer) d. Presence of optic nerve damage characteristic of glaucoma (morphological changes in the optic disc or abnormal retinal nerve fiber layer); and/or P<5% of 3 or more adjacent test points in the 32-2 SITA-Standard visual field, one of which P<1%, the conclusion of GHT is "outside the normal range" e. Has voluntarily signed the informed consent form; f. No history of eye surgery OHT criteria: a. Best corrected visual acuity = 0.5, diopter+3D~-6D, astigmatism<2D b. Angle examination under arthroscopy with open angle c. 24 hour peak intraocular pressure before treatment = 20mmHg (measured by Goldmann pressure gauge) d. There is characteristic optic nerve damage of glaucoma (morphological changes of optic disc or abnormal retinal nerve fiber layer); 3 or more adjacent test points P<5% in the 32 to 2 SITA Standard field of view, with one test point P<1%, and the GHT conclusion being 'outside the normal range' e. Has voluntarily signed an informed consent form; f. No history of eye surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: a. Those who refuse to participate in the research and cannot cooperate as required; b. There are infectious lesions on the ocular surface that are not easy to control; c. The refractive medium is severely turbid and cannot obtain a clear image d. Severe heart, liver, kidney damage or other serious diseases f. No other ocular and systemic diseases that may cause changes in ocular blood flow g. Use of any drugs that affect eye blood flow or systemic circulation
