Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age =40 years old, =80 years old. ? No history of stroke. ? Written informed consents after reading and fully understanding, and had good compliance. The inclusion criteria of SD group were as follows: the SD diagnostic criteria established by Gorno-Tempini et al.2011. Clinical Dementia Rating Scale (CDR)=0.5-1, judged as mild severity. Normal control (NC) subjects were recruited from patients' family members or communities. There was no impairment of objective cognitive deline in neuropsychological tests, MMSE total score = cut-off value, CDR total score =0.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Severe systemic disease, mental illness, alcohol or drug abuse history; ? There are other brain diseases or systemic diseases with dementia, such as brain trauma, brain tumors, encephalitis, neurosyphilis, Parkinson's disease and hypothyroidism, vitamin B12 deficiency; Brain MRI showed clear macrovascular lesions, subcortical diffuse leukoencephalopathy or multiple luminal peduncles. (3) The presence of visual impairment and hearing impairment affecting cognitive assessment, the presence of implants such as metal stents or plates affecting brain MRI examination, or lack of cooperation or understanding to complete the whole examination.
