Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Fulfilled the diagnostic criteria for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease established by the World Health Organization / international society of Cardiology and were successfully treated with PCI; ? 6h-48h after operation; ? 18 < age < 80 years; ? Good spirit, good communication skills and the ability to correctly understand the content of the questionnaire; ? Volunteered to participate in research on this topic and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Presence of severe speech, cognitive, visual impairment unable to cooperate with scale assessors; ? Comorbid with other major medical conditions such as cancer, mental disorders, cerebrovascular disease; ? With severe physical activity disorders or the presence of other major diseases resulting in inactivity, such as paralysis, fractures, amputations, deep vein thrombosis, etc; ? Those in the acute phase of comorbid HF or those with severe HF requiring absolute bed rest; ? Pregnant, lactating women.
