18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18 years = age = 80 years; 2. meet the diagnostic criteria for acute biliary pancreatitis; 3. admitted within 3 days after onset; 4. measured blood lipid levels within 24 hours after admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of any malignant tumor; 2. history of pancreatic trauma and biliopancreatic surgery; 3. long-term use of hormones and immunosuppressive agents; 4. in the late or terminal stage of any disease; 5. pregnant or lactating women; 6. incomplete data.
