Control group:Patients wear sports smart bracelets, distribute exercise guidance manuals, and conduct exercise education
Junior group:Implement customized scientific exercise plans based on intelligent devices, with 5000-7499 steps per day
Intermediate group:Implement customized scientific motion plans based on intelligent devices, 7500-9999 steps per day
Advanced Group:Implement customized scientific motion plans based on intelligent devices, = 10000 steps/day

16 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?The diagnosis of nasopharyngeal squamous-cell carcinoma was confirmed by histopathology; ?Age:18-65 years; ?The first time to receive radiotherapy; ?Karnofsky functional status score was 100; ?No significant mental or conscious impairment; ?Equipped with and able to use a smartphone; ?Voluntarily participated in the study and signed a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with severe malnutrition (weight loss>10% or albumin<30g/l or BMI<18.5 kg/m2 at any time); ?Patients with severe heart, lung and brain diseases; ?Patients with diseases affecting motor nerves, muscles and joints; ?Patients with other malignant tumors; ?patients with severe hearing impairment or communication impairment.
