Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who met the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus (=2 years); Those who meet the diagnosis of metabolic cataract; (2) 45-60 years old; (3) Blood glucose was stable within 3 months prior to enrollment, and HbAlc <7.0% (according to the 2021 American Diabetes Association Diabetes Medical Standards) (4) Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe primary diseases of cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, or mental diseases; (2) Patients with other eye diseases (such as glaucoma, non-diabetic retinopathy, uveitis, retinal detachment, optic nerve disease, etc.); (3) pregnant and lactating women and patients with abnormal liver function; (4) Patients considered unsuitable for inclusion by other researchers.
