65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age =65 years old; 2) patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery; 3) no adjuvant therapy before surgery; 4) complete cases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of cachexia or weight loss more than 10% of original body weight within 3 months 2) glomerular filtration rate =90ml/ (min·1.73m2) 3) absence of serum creatinine and cystatin C test results 4) Incomplete follow-up data
