Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with twin pregnancy; 2. Previously diagnosed as cervical incompetence: there was painless uterine dilation leading to loss of pregnancy in the second trimester; Or for pregnant women with twins whose cervix is shorter than 25mm and whose cervix is not open or whose cervix is open = 4cm according to physical examination or B ultrasound at 16-26+6 weeks of pregnancy, or whose cervix is open according to physical examination or B ultrasound at 24-26+6 weeks of pregnancy, one of the three items can be satisfied; 3. Pregnant women who are examined and finally delivered in our hospital, Huzhou and Fuyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fetal malformation requiring induction of labor; 2. Medical premature delivery due to twin complications, such as pre-eclampsia, placental abruption, etc; 3. Patients who are unable to undergo cervical cerclage such as premature rupture of membranes and suspected intrauterine infection; 4. Refuse to participate in the study.
