sports bracelet group:Patients wear ordinary exercise bracelet to carry out self-monitoring (recording exercise, heart rate and respiration)+routine stroke nursing

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meeting the diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke, the diagnosis is confirmed by craniocerebral CT or MRI examination; 2. the patient's condition is stable; 3. muscle strength are grade II and above, daily activity ability (Barthel Index, BI) > 40 points; 4. >= 18 years old; 5. clear awareness, able to communicate with researchers through writing/language; 6. lives in Chengdu; 7. returning home after discharge rather than other care institutions; 8. access to mobile phone wechat; 9. volunteer to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with a history of mental illness or existing mental disorders; 2. there are serious concomitant diseases, such as severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, severe arrhythmia, frequent angina, heart failure, myocardial infarction, etc.
