18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age =18 years, age =80 years; 2) within 72 hours of onset of illness; 3) meet the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis; 4) The severity of the disease was assessed as moderate and severe acute pancreatitis; 5) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Pregnant or lactating women; 2) Malignant tumor; 3) severe chronic organ failure; 4) Autoimmune disease or immunosuppressive state; 5) The patient and her family members refused to sign the informed consent.
