Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 30-65 years old. 2. Voluntarily join the experiment and sign a written informed consent. 3. Home in Chengdu, or at least two 10km tests can be reached immediately. Each test, including running, takes 3 hours or more. 4. Able to take blood for 4 times and measure body composition 1-2 times 5. Like sports or running, have the idea of improving sports performance, and have not participated in other training programs. 6. Can spare 1-2 hours for sports training every day. 7. Have a sports watch that can take screenshots. 8. Have not run for a long time within 3 years 9. Some personal information, including ID card and running image, will be collected before acceptance 10. Daily running (not race) pace interval is between 7-4 11. Can carry ID card during the first test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Field tests cannot be carried out. 2. There is no mobile phone or sports watch, or the mobile phone and sports watch cannot work normally, or the sports watch cannot display the heart rate. 3. Less than 14 days after COVID-19 nucleic acid or antigen is positive 4. Prepare/are/will conduct other training programs 5. Refuse to draw blood 6. Unable to complete the sports tasks assigned by the coach every day. 7. Don't want the running video to be recorded 8. Other personal information would not be disclosed. 9. Brugada syndrome, long QT syndrome (LQTS), short QTS syndrome (SQTS), arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVD), Epsilon wave showed V1 lead QRS terminal fragmentation waveform, Lambda wave, idiopathic J wave, acute myocardial infarction and other high-risk ECG changes, increased myocardial isozymes, significant abnormalities in cardiac color ultrasound, positive COVID-19 nucleic acid measurement, and no wearable heart rate monitoring equipment.
