Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)ASA classification I to III; (2) The degree of carotid artery stenosis was more than 70% confirmed by preoperative ultrasound diagnosis; (3) Sign informed consent on the basis of full understanding of the research; (4) CEA surgery is to be performed at an selected time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Have a clear history of allergy or prohibition to benzodiazepines, propofol, opiates, muscle relaxants and other drugs; (2) Complicated with serious cardiology diseases, such as acute myocardial infarction (including infarction within 6 months),acute heart failure, third degree atrioventricular block, unstable angina, severe valvular disease, etc. (3) Complicated with severe intracranial diseases, such as acute stroke, progressive stroke, etc.; (4) patients with serious endocrine diseases; (5) Liver and kidney dysfunction: (6) Patients with subclavian artery stenosis; (7) Patients suffering from severe mental illness or cognitive impairment, etc., are unable to smoothly cooperate with the study; (8) No informed consent has been obtained.
