Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Screen male and female subjects aged 60 to 80 years (including 60 and 80 years) . 2. Willing and able to give informed consent by or legally authorized representatives; 3. Good command of Mandarin; 4. Be able to co-ordinate relevant interventions. 5. According to the diagnostic criteria of the normal elderly :? the age-related changes of the important organs did not lead to abnormal function; ? no major diseases; ? the related high-risk factors were controlled in the age-appropriate range; ? having a certain disease resistance ability, ?cognitive function is basically normal; ?who can adapt to the environment; ? working optimistically and positively, good self-satisfaction;?who can properly deal with the family and social interpersonal relations; ? active participation in family and social activities; ? normal activities of daily living, self-care or basic self-care;? good nutrition, moderate weight, maintain a good lifestyle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Stroke, Parkinson's disease, cognitive impairment, etc. 2. CGA assessed as impaired; 3. History of severe arrhythmias, myocardial infarction, transient cerebral ischemia or cerebrovascular accident, decompensated heart failure, NYHA Class III and IV cardiac function;4. A diagnosis of structural encephalopathy ( such as ischemic infarction, head injury, hemorrhage, hydrocephalus, brain tumor, multiple subcortical ischemic lesions or a single lesion in a critical area such as thalamus ) . 5.The presence of a subject with a major medical condition or an unstable medical condition may interfere with subject compliance with study procedures and study limitations, or interfere with interpretation of safety data; This includes any physical disability (for example, blindness, hearing loss, speech impairment related to any disease, sensory or motor impairment) that may hinder the completion of the research process or assessment.
