Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke (symptoms, signs, imaging indicators, etc.); , cerebral hemorrhage diagnosis according to the guidelines of diagnosis and treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in China 2019 ": (1) acute onset; (2) focal depletion by the function defect symptoms (a few full neurologic deficits), often accompanied by headache, vomiting, higher blood pressure and different degree of disturbance of consciousness; Head CT or MRI showed hemorrhage stove; (4) the exclusion of vascular brain cause. Ischemic stroke diagnosis, guidance of diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke in China 2018 ": acute onset; Focal depletion by the function defect (on one side of the face or weakness or numbness of limbs, language barriers, etc.), a few of comprehensive nerve function defect; Radiographic signs and symptoms appear responsibility lesions or for more than 24 h; The exclusion of vascular causes; 5. Brain CT/MRI ruled out cerebral hemorrhage. (2) the ages 18 to 75 years, first onset, duration between January and June; (3) lower limbs out stage ? or higher; (4) clear consciousness, without severe cognitive dysfunction; (5) standing balance level 2 and above; (6) to walk more than 15 meters; Holden walking function grade =?; (7) in a stable condition without progress; (8) or legal guardian agree and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe cognitive impairment and speech impairment, unable to cooperate with the training; (2) the hemianopsia, visually handicapped; (3), dizziness, tinnitus and vestibular function disorder; (4) associated with lower limb fracture, severe joint disease, severe cardiopulmonary kidney disease not trainers; (5) in orthostatic hypotension; (6) has a history of epilepsy, the body has a metal pacemakers and metal implants by the brain and skull defect is not suitable for such as transcranial magnetic stimulation, or assessment; (7) is expected to complete the test, compliance may be bad.
