Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Premature infants born between January 2016 and May 2022 with gestational age <32 weeks (2) Admitted within 2 hours after birth (3) Complete clinical data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Legal guardian does not agree to sign informed consent (2) Death before 4 months of age (3) Loss of contact with the child's parents prevents follow-up (4) Congenital malformations: congenital diaphragmatic hernia, tracheo-oesophageal fistula, posterior nasal atresia, cleft palate, etc.; congenital central nervous system malformations, severe malformations of other organs, genetic metabolic disorders. 5) Birth in another hospital, home, or elsewhere. 6) Incomplete medical records of the person. 7) Children with respiratory support in the delivery room using other than CPAP modalities.
