Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the western medicine diagnostic criteria of cough hypersensitivity syndrome. 2) Age is between 18 and 70 years old. 3) TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to the wind and evil bundle lung syndrome. 4) Do not smoke or quit smoking for more than 2 years. 5) Do not take angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, opioids, pregabalin, and any drugs that may cause cough, including gabapentin. 6) Patient gave informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) People with other chronic respiratory diseases, such as pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, pulmonary heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, lung cancer, tuberculosis, respiratory failure, etc., or people infected with the lower respiratory tract; 2) The etiology of chronic cough has been clearly diagnosed: including upper airway cough syndrome, eosinophilic bronchitis, allergic cough, cough variant asthma, gastroesophageal reflux syndrome, drug reaction, pulmonary infection, pulmonary and tracheal intimal tuberculosis, adult pertussis, etc.; 3) Pregnant or lactating women, or women preparing for pregnancy. 4) Allergy to the drug ingredients used. 5) Patients with mental illness, or poor compliance, who are not worthy of the test. 6) Diagnosis of patients with severe primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system.
