Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Diagnosed as femoral intertrochanteric fracture by MRI or CT; ? Scheduled for elective surgery; ? American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status ?to ?; ? Informed consent form was obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Severe dysfunction of important organs; ? History of hip surgery; ? Contraindications to nerve block; ? Neurological or psychiatric abnormalities.
