Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Intervention group: Patients with gestational diabetes who received one-day outpatient diet education and had been followed up for more than three times in the obstetric nutrition outpatient department in the later period. The control group: ordinary patients with gestational diabetes only received diet education. 2. Age: 22-35 years old, single pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There is no disease or tumor of heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and other organs, excluding the history of thyroid, pancreatitis, cholecystitis and other diseases, no family history of diabetes, no diabetes, hypertension, polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, and the fasting blood glucose (FPG) in the first trimester of pregnancy is less than 5.6 mmol / L. no hormone or other drugs affecting glucose metabolism were used during pregnancy.
