Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients or their family members gave informed consent to the study and signed informed consent 2. healthy subjects in physical examination center and hospitalized patients with sepsis 3. Male and female, above 18 years old 4. Patients without other serious systemic diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by serious diseases of heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system 2. Patients with malignant tumor 3. Patients with central nervous system and psychological disorders before surgery
