Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary Parkinson's disease diagnosed according to the Chinese diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease (2016 edition), the MDS new clinical diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease, or the British Brain Bank criteria; 2. The insidious and slowly progressing cognitive impairment that occurs after the onset of Parkinson's disease and is sufficient to affect the patient's ability to daily life (such as social interaction, family financial management, and drug use). The MoCA score on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale is less than 20; 3. Complete at least primary education; 4. Have not used drugs to treat Parkinson's disease dementia and improve cognitive function; 5. Right handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Primary tremor; 2. Secondary Parkinson's syndrome caused by multiple reasons such as craniocerebral injury, infection, tumor, intracranial space occupying, cerebrovascular disease, hydrocephalus, poisoning, metabolic system disease, drugs, etc; 3. Neurodegenerative diseases such as dementia with Louis body, Huntington's disease, multiple system atrophy, progressive supranuclear palsy, Alzheimer's disease, etc; 4. There are other reasons that can cause cognitive dysfunction (such as excessive alcohol consumption, drug abuse, etc.); 5. Patients with concomitant mental disorders; 6. Have a history of seizures; 7. Have a history of brain surgery; 8. Other contraindications for transcranial magnetic stimulation: bleeding tendency; Rupture or infection of the scalp; Severe heart disease; Severe hypertension; Severe organ failure; Implantation of metal stents, electronic devices, or other magnetic objects within the skull; Have a history of adverse reactions to magnetic therapy; 9. Those who have visual or/or hearing impairment, communication barriers, and are unable to complete the test.
