Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with stroke for the first time. 2. inpatients, and the vital signs were stable. 3. patients with mild or moderate depression, that is, those with Hamilton Depression scale-17 (HAMD-17) >= 7 and = 18 years old. 5. patients without severe cognitive impairment. 6. patients who have no severe aphasia symptoms, can correctly understand and answer questions, and can cooperate with training and examination. 7. patients who voluntarily sign informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. accompanied by serious heart, liver, kidney and other major somatic diseases, or serious complications. 2. those with a history of mental illness. 3. those who are taking antidepressants, are participating in other clinical interventions to improve depression or have participated in similar clinical trials. 4. the judgment of safety and curative effect was affected by incomplete data.
