18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years; 2. The clinical diagnosis is clear: isolated paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, isolated persistent atrial fibrillation; 3. Routine cardiac atrial fibrillation ablation; 4. Good compliance, able to cooperate with PET imaging.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with allergic constitution; 2. Patients with claustrophobia; 3. Emergency surgery; 4. Congenital heart disease; 5. Liver and kidney function impairment (test results exceed the upper limit of normal by 3 times); 6. Diseases requiring radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or long-term hormone therapy; 7. Poor control of hyperthyroidism; 8. Participate in another clinical trial; 9. Refuse to join the group.
