Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children 3–10 years old with American Society of Anesthesiologists Classification (ASA) I–II undergoing elective Adenotonsillectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with craniofacial malformations, cognitive dysfunction, obesity (BMI>95th percentile for age), gastroesophageal reflux disease or difficult airway were excluded
