18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. all of the patients were aged older than 18 years at admission. 2. The diagnosis of DLBCL was confirmed in our pathology department. 3. No marked contraindications of chemotherapy. 4. All patients consented to participate in the study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the patients had a history of rituximab treatment prior to enrollment in the study. 2. The patients refused to participate in the study. 3. The patients were initially diagnosed as central nervous system DLBCL and human immunodeficiency virus-related DLBCL.
