Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to the intensive care unit and undergoing tracheal intubation; 2. Age >18 years; 3. Those who have signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with existing oral mucosal damage before tracheal intubation catheterization; 2. Patients with oral diseases present.
