40 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Between the ages of 40 and 85 years. 2. Meet the clinical and imaging criteria for osteoarthritis of the knee established by the American College of Rheumatology, with Kellgren and Lawrence staging of stage I to III. 3. Be able to receive 12 weeks of treatment and 12 weeks of follow-up. 4. Not requiring NSAID treatment during the study period (i.e., not requiring NSAIDs for intolerable pain).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Osteoarthritis of the knee in combination with any infection, inflammation, autoimmune disease or fracture. 2. History or underlying disease affecting posture and balance, such as malignancy, dizziness, vertigo or stroke. 3. Being pregnant or planning to become pregnant. 4. Receiving any other treatment for osteoarthritis of the knee. 5. History of knee trauma within 12 weeks. 6. Osteoarthritis of the knee combined with cruciate ligament injury.
