65 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65-90, regardless of gender; 2. No history of dementia, no cognitive decline confirmed by cognitive function assessment; 3. OCTA images were clear enough for evaluators to read, and the scanning signal intensity index >4. 4. The subject or his/her legal representative can understand the purpose of the study, demonstrate sufficient compliance with the study protocol, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. refractive error >= ±6D; 2. previous macular lesions such as age-related macular degeneration, macular membrane, macular hole, macular edema, etc.; 3. retinopathy, such as retinal vascular obstruction and diabetic retinopathy; 4. Patients with a history of glaucoma or intraocular pressure > 21mmHg; 5. Patients who had undergone intraocular surgery within 6 months; 6. patients with uncontrolled hypertension; 7. Inability to obtain high-quality imaging due to corneal abnormality or dense cataract; 8. Subjects who participated in other drug trials or medical device clinical trials within 1 month.
