Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A convenient sampling method was used to recruit sedentary and sedentary women from local communities in Beijing. Walk less than 2,000 steps a day, and haven't exercised regularly in the past 3 months. None Habit of listening to music during exercise. No history of vestibular and hearing impairment. No hearing abnormality confirmed by Otolaryngology. It was confirmed that the subjects had not participated in a similar experiment before Experimental research or exercise intervention. The subjects had no history of smoking, anemia, or other cardiovascular disease. Reasons for excluding men: the incidence of lumbar and pelvic dysfunction was higher in women than in men.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Less than 6 months after lumbar, lower extremity or abdominal surgery; 2. Rheumatic and inflammatory diseases (e.g., Rheumatoid Arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, lupus erythematosus, Scheuermann disease); 3. Pregnancy, malignant tumor, acute trauma, spinal cord compression, cauda equina syndrome, cardiac insufficiency;Progressive neurological disorder (e.g., multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, motor neuron disease); Low back pain due to nerve root compression or spinal canal stenosis; 6. Severe scoliosis
