Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I-III patients aged 65 years or older under spinal anesthesia combined with sedation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI 30kg/m2; 2. History of drug abuse; 3. History of allergy to test drugs such as local anesthetic, propofol, dexmedetomidine, or egg allergy; 4. Preoperative bradycardia or conduction block; 5. Nervous system diseases; 6. Long-term use of psychoactive drugs; 7. Patients who could not cooperate to complete the assessment or questionnaire survey; 8. Refused to participate in the study.
