Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients diagnosed with cerebral infarction by MRI or CT (excluding small lacunar lesions) with upper limb motor dysfunction; 2. Age >= 18 years old and 3 months; 4. Unilateral hemisphere affected; 5. Brunnstrom stage ?-?; 6. Able to tolerate training and assessment for 1 hour with clear consciousness; 7. Those who volunteered to participate in this research project and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with multiple strokes; 2. Bilateral hemispheric stroke; 3. History of Parkinson's disease, epilepsy or seizures; First-degree relatives with epilepsy history and use of epileptogenic drugs; 4. Contraindications to magnetic resonance and transcranial magnetic stimulation, such as metal implants in the body or head (except those in the Department of Stomatology); Implantation of pacemakers, defibrillators, cochlear implants, drug pumps, etc. 5. Recurrent headache of unknown cause unresponsive to medication; 6. Skull fracture and/or severe head injury; A history of head and/or brain surgery; 7. Serious heart, liver, kidney diseases or infectious diseases; 8. Severe cognitive, speech, psychological, spiritual, visual and hearing disorders; 9. Taking tricyclic antidepressants, psycholeptics, and other seizure threshold lowering medications; 10. Pregnant or lactating women; 11. Patients with limb motor function impairment before onset.
