18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-80 years old, both sexes, right-handed; 2. No cognitive impairment according to Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA); 3. No depression according to Beck Depression Inventory (BDI); 4. BADL showed normal activity ability; 5. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of epilepsy or seizures; A first-degree relative with a history of epilepsy; 2. Contraindications to magnetic resonance and transcranial magnetic stimulation, such as metal implants in the body or head above the chest (except in the Department of Stomatology); Implantable cardiac pacemakers, defibrillators, cochlear implants, drug pumps; 3. Unexplained recurrent headache that is resistant to medication or the use of tricyclic antidepressants, psychosedatives, or other threshold-lowering medications; 4. Skull fracture and/or severe head injury; A history of head and/or brain surgery; 5. Disease or history affecting motor function; 6. Severe vision or hearing impairment who cannot cooperate with the assessment; 7. Have a history of smoking and alcohol abuse; 8. Pregnant or lactating women.
