Age
18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18~35 years old;2. The han nationality; 3. Singleton pregnancy; 4. No other hepatitis viruses other than HBV, HIV, treponema pallidum, mycobacterium tuberculosis infection; 5. No serious comorbidities or complications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nipple rupture, mastitis, breast cancer;2. Postpartum fever, puerperal infection;3. Having certain mental disorders and being unable to communicate with others in normal speech;4. Infants with major birth defects;5. Non-TDF patients were used for antiviral therapy.
