40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 40-70; 2. Male or female is not limited; 3. Diagnosis of atherosclerotic occlusion below popliteal artery by ultrasonic Doppler: normal structure of vascular wall disappears, stiffness, and echo is enhanced. In the occluded segment, only dense echo of atherosclerotic calcium plaque can be seen, and there is no blood flow signal in the lumen; 4. Currently, the drug is being used according to the guidelines and standards; 5. Volunteer to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age>70; 2. EECP contraindication 3. Iliac or femoral artery occlusion; 4. History of lower limb artery stenting 5. The informed consent is not signed.
